QuestionThe unit isn't turning off when the car turns off. Is there a way to manually turn the unit off? Also the options seem to be stuck on app and Ipod mode. I fear my battery will be dead as a result. I've had this unit less than a year.

QuestionI was told by BB tech that to install this in '05 Grand Prix would require the OEM unit to be moved to the trunk to prevent failure of dash gauges. This would cost an extra $100 plus. Private audio tech told me correct harness would fix it. Who is right?

- Answer Yes,it comes with Alexa built in,all you have to do is connect your phone to Bluetooth and the pair your phone with Alexa,but you have to have the Alexa app on your phone for it to work.
