“I'm replacing older model KDC-HD552U for KDC-BT372U the wire harness has the same number of pins but the latch part is different. Is there any fix or adapter for this harness or I have to replace it with the new one? I'm trying to avoid cut wires.”

You have to chage the connector for the one included with the new unit....i had the same issue but only took 5 min and wam bam your up and jammin
