- Answer Not sure about the #'s other than model series....lower #'s men lower in the series....the letters are more important...bt = blue tooth ready....cd = compact disk player.....ect ect

QuestionAfter initial setup, Will this unit automatically connect to my iPhone every time I get in the car and automatically continue playing the last song I was playing? My outback does this and I love it.

- Answer It should as long as you were playing that source when you left car. What can stop this from working is if you turn off Bluetooth to save power or if your phone dies while you were out of he car.

- Answer We always recommend to replace harness. I am unsure what model you had but the harness has gone through a physical change so most likely will not fit your older harness.

- Answer It does have the cage. The wiring harness that comes with is just the one for the radio that plugs into the back of the radio.
