“What does satellite “ready” mean ? I want to install a radio that I can purchase an XM subscription for and have work - does this one do that? Also does this fit in a 2010 Honda CR- V? Thanks”

To have Siriusxm on the radio you would need to get the adapter which is part number SXV300. Also looking up your vehicle the radio does fit your Honda.
