A:AnswerConnect the amp in Parallel. I also reccommend an external crossover. I have two 12” Kenwood subs connected to the Kenwood Kac-501 and it hits pretty well.
A:AnswerIt is only 1 channel. I bought it as a spare, it works just as good as a 2 channel and for the price it's worth it. If you crank it up while running 2 subs it will heat up if vehicle is stationary and shut down until it cools off.
A:AnswerThe X501 is in the Exelon series which comes with a 2 year warranty. Better build quality. I believe the Kac-501 is only sold at Best Buy. But still highly recommended.
