Will this fit any other dash cam like a Vantrue S1 null

The connector wire that it comes with is mini usb ! If yours has that then yes or you can cut and rewire by adding a video rca jack or other type connectors

I'm sorry I don't know, im not familiar with the Vantage S1 but the rear camera is a good camera just in case you needed to know. Good luck.
