You could. If you have an aftermarket radio and an amp you definitely can. It's just a lil harder wiring a stock radio an you don't get as much to your door speakers. It's sorta hard to explain but yes you can.

I think you would probably be okay running this subwoofer in your car. Just make sure you get a proper wattage amplifier so you don't end destroy your subwoofers. If you do choose this subwoofer I would highly recommend using either a ported or a sealed subwoofer enclosure for the best possible sound quality.
