Yea if the speakers are 6x9 then they will fit but you will need an coaxial adapter to plug in the speakers due to you factory wiring split or get the car rewired by a stereo shop and have an after market stereo put in so you don't have to worry about the wiring the factory has installed, it would.cost less and save you the trouble of damaging any electrical components the car has that might be integrated into the factory wiring as well.

Generally speaking, most cars have enough power for that since its just one sub and some extra speakers. However if your Alternator is starting to fail like mine was, you'll get into the problem that I ran into. Since it was already going out, when I installed my sub, pulling that extra power caused it to fail much quicker and I ended up down on the side of the road. But if you have the capacity and the good power to run it, you're golden.
