It will froth milk on the latte setting which is perfect for hot chocolate however I have not tried it with the hot chocolate already in the milk. I have frothed milk with the syrup flavorings in them (vanilla, peppermint, etc) and it has turned out as long as you do not add to much syrup. I have also frothed flavored creamers in it and they turn out ok depending on the brand. Hope that helps with your question.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not in milk, BUT you can buy hot chocolate Keurig make it with water and then frothy the milk and add the two. What your end result is a known coffee shop hot chocolate with adding milk.
