“i have a k duo special edition, & whenever i try to brew with the carafe feature, the single serve brews at the same time. is there a way to stop that?”

• It shouldn’t brew at the same time as far as I know. I’d contact Keurig support. If you put the carafe in, the single serve should be disabled and vice versa.
