“I tried to use a My K-Cup refillable cup and the K-Cup handle at the top wouldn't close all the way to brew. I tried turning it around and it wouldn't "lock in" place. Am I doing something wrong?”

I had to make sure the coffee refillable cup was closed all the way I use the paper filter in mine also.now it works great.

Please note for the K-Duo model, you will need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and the K-Cup Holder in your brewer in order for it to fit properly.
