“How long does the plate for the karafe stay warm for? Would it work if I want to keep the coffee hot for 24 hours without having to press any buttons?”

2 hours auto shut off on carafe per operating manual. Our Carafe heat plate does exactly that 2 hours exactly from start of brew cycle. No way to alter or adjust. Hold down red(I.e. On) carafe button to turn off prior to 2 hour dwell time.

If you would like to turn it back on, simply press and hold the CARAFE button until the red light illuminates, and it will stay on for another two hours. We hope this helps!
