- Answer No, any brand of k pods will fit you can also purchase k pod filters to put freshly ground coffee in your coffee maker . I hope this helps

- Answer If these answers are supposed to be for Keurig products only, this'll be deleted, but...I'm very happy with my Farberware model FW61100042831U. It's 2-in-1, with a carafe side & a K-cup side. The K-cup specs say 14oz maximum, but its water reservoir BARELY holds 16oz, and delivers a fine cup'o'Joe.

QuestionI've had the new Keurig Elite for 3 days. When I turn it on it makes a sound for a while then it stops. It makes the same sound after I brew a cup of coffee, is that normal? It sounds like decompression.

- Answer I think it is preheating for a follow-up cup of coffee in case there is another person there. I usually shut mine off at this point to conserve electricity. It would be nice if they would put a sensor in there so it can tell if there is another person in the room, or add a setting to preheat for a follow-up cup or not.

- Answer Minimal instructions, no filter, that is extra. Everything is extra. This is am instant coffee machine. It tastes terrible. I even tried using a filter with my own coffee and still weak, grainy, gross coffee. Plastic crappy machine.
