“Have a K-15 Classic and recently purchased a reusable filter, however, the filter is fatter and doesn't fit the regular pod holder?? AAny suggestions??”

• You bought the wrong size or you need to rotate the reusable filter until it clicks in.

• You have to take out the holder and insert the refillable with filter inside. If you did not get one, you will have to purchase it.
