Will not turn on. null

follow directions closely, put in coffee pod open water put it in, should hear it go down then plug it in,close water lid and push bottom butten then close coffe should be solid blue upper right push to start it will turn red when it brewing. i had same trouble my first krieg . i really like it fast.
