“I just bought this and the cord is so short.. I can't plug it in anywhere in my kitchen. Then I tried to go other outlets in my house...and it doesn't reach any of them in whole house. Does this model always have such a short cord? I may have to return.”

Yes, every keyurig has a short cord. Just buy a heavy duty 3 prong 6 foot extension cable with 12 or 14 gauge wire.
