• This shouldn't be a problem because it puncture the 5 holes on the top to allow the coffee to get fully saturated but it still comes out of the bottom through one hole.

• It's multi stream I don't suggest using a generic reusable k cup I almost broke mine with one however they do make reusable k cups for this

• I use generic K cups and have zero issues with grounds.
