Hi Jose and thank you for your inquiry. Here are some of the differences: K525 comes in a grayish sliver color, it has an 80 oz water reservoir, the nightlight setting has customizable color options and it brews K-Mug and Vue pods 12, 14, 16 and18 oz cup sizes. The K425 Brewing System is black and silver, it has a 70 oz water reservoir, it brews K-Mug and Vue pods 12, 14 and 16 oz cup sizes, it doesn't have the nightlight setting and the LCD screen is a little bit smaller than on the K525. Please try again later.The only thing that's different I believe, is the reservoir is a little larger on the 525, which I can't attest to, and there may be more choices for cup sizes... I will tell you, I have the 575. It has a larger screen, reservoir and more cup sizes. I love it!
