Bigger number means more bells and whistles... LCD screen, timers, etc... If all you want is a good brewer, pretty much any Keurig will do

In our K575 model, we’ve introduced a number of enhancements including more brew size options, temperature control capability, additional preferred brew settings, and an easier hot water dispense feature.
