I get that sometimes even with Starbucks moods or my reusable pod. Open and close the lid and it usually works.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ours only brews the Kcups with the special ring on the foil lid. Any others, it gives you a prompt that the cup is not recognized. There are some online hacks, but I wouldn't recommend on a brewer this expensive.
