QuestionMy B60 is stuck on "Not Ready" even after I go through the Descaling process. Once Decaling is complete, I turn coffee maker off then back on with fresh water. The pump doesn't suck to the tank to be warmed. What is the solution to this problem?

Questioni have tried every thing in your book and nothing works. it will give me coffee and then stop up the needle does not stay open to dispense coffee. i would like it repaired or replaced . i do not know how old it is we got it as a gift last christmas.

- Answer According to Keurig they will no longer have any coffee makers that will make a travel mug once the supply of vue pods is gone. They will no longer make vue pods after July and none of the other pods will work.

- Answer Hi! Our K525 brewer is compatible with Vue pods, K-Cup pods, K-Mug pods and K-Carafe pods. Please note that our Vue pods will be discontinued in July 2018.
