For those who answered by saying it cleans the needles; per the manufacturer it *does not clean the needles*. This will only clean the reservoir of where the coffee runs through. I personally just remove the K-cup holder and soak it hot soapy water. While that is soaking I run an 8oz cycle of just plain water. Walla! All clean and it’s free!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It only cleans where the k-cup goes. If you want to clean the entire machine, use vinegar and water. Put half and half in the reservoir and put the rinse pod in the k-cup position and hit brew.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, I purchased these and was disappointed with the results, I am going back to vinegar and water for cleaning, don't waste your money like I did!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use it right after anything other than black coffee is made. I take mine apart and clean once a week
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It doesn't clean the inside but the holder where the pod is positioned to make the cup.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It cleaned the buildup in the needle that you can’t reach with just a hot rinse cycle. The basket gets the equivalent of a hot rinse cycle. You May still have to clean the basket with a small brush if you use the manual coffee or tea strainers
