what is diff be model 6410 and 120360 - cup drawer? null

The 6410 is a storage drawer only. The 120360 is a rolling (movable) storage drawer. The Keurig machine can sit on top of either unit.

6410 , the k-cups sit sideways and the 120360 the k-cups sit up .

One is thinner and the other is thicker capacity is just 1 ck cup difference. It works the same.

Not sure other than this one the cups go on their sides and the whole unit can roll out from wall.

The difference I do believe is the one has a solid drawer front and the other one has a gate for the front.
