Detach the kuerig(k2.0) water tower and remove any water

Twist and pull the inner shaft(clear) to detach

At the base of that is the filter 

Remove the housing and replace filter

Reminder: follow filter replacement instructions before 
Replacing cartridge, so you don't consume carbon deposits.

Inside the water tank you'll see a plastic insert that can be pulled out. You'll see at the bottom of the insert the filter is being held!

Pull out the canister going into your water resvoure and pinch the sides of the bottom to slide out holder. Slide new one into place (once you have followed the directions of soaking the new cartridge.) Then slide canister back into water resvoure until it clicks in then your done.

The exact procedure may vary from model to model, but it should be pretty close to the same on all I would imagine. You should be able to remove the water reservoir, just like you would when you fill it. Inside the reservoir, there should be tall plastic piece that you can pull on / out. At the bottom of that, you should find the old filter packet. Remove it, then insert the new pack after prepping it with the instructions included in the new filter box (I think it's something like soak the new filter for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly)

Hi Pastor. To change the filter, please remove the handle from your unit's water reservoir. On the bottom of the handle, press in the tabs on both sides of the base at the same time and pull down to separate.
