• There is a version that is Dual SIM and will read both the T-Mobile and AT&T SIM cards. The version you are looking for is BBE100-5 and is a North America version.

• I would probably say NO, as they are two different carriers with two different network settings. You might try adding another line with one of your carriers and that should work (same network settings).
