• Yes you can key map to whatever you want. It comes with spare keys that I swapped out right away and the physical switch on the keyboard can toggle between windows/Mac mapping.

• Yes there's a toggle on the keyboard to switch between Mac and Apple settings, plus comes with both sets of keys.

• This keyboard comes with Windows keycaps you can put there if you like; and there are 2 sliders near the top left of the keyboard on the side you can't see. One of the sliders is the mac vs windows slider; then the other is for your input method (BlueTooth, 2.4GHz, or Wired). You 'might' be able to add the option button into the windows layer of the keyboard if you are on windows but need the option key for some odd mac rdp experience or something.
