- Answer Not correct square footage. Check Lowe's and they have it listed correctly. I would recommend it if you need large area cooled by one unit.

- Answer Yes. It is mislabeled with Best Buy. It is the largest Air Conditioner Unit I have ever had. Larger than my older models. It is cooling 1/2 of my first floor of my house.

- Answer This is not a 110 v. This is the big boy! 220 v with three prong plug. Cannot tell from your photo what you have. Check your Electric box, fuse or breaker box to see what you have.

- Answer BTU is correct. It will cool much more than 350 sq feet. Mislabeled at Best Buy. Check out Lowe's and it has correct Square footage.
