• Not correct square footage. Check Lowe's and they have it listed correctly. I would recommend it if you need large area cooled by one unit.

• Lowe’s shows this same model# as a 1500 square foot, 25,000 BTU machine. Not sure why this is only labeled as 350 sq ft here.
