• First you have to freeze the bowl for over 12 hours (I do 24 hrs) and then the mixture needs to be refrigerated for min. 8 hrs. The actual mixing is about 30 min, so it takes time. But totally worth it.

• About 15-20 minutes in the mixer then you would transfer it to another container and place it in your freezer to set for at least an hour. You can sneak a little before letting it set in the freezer though!

• You have to freeze the bowl overnight, it says 15 hours. And chill the mix at least 8 hours. Then it only takes 15-20 mins to actually make a batch. The bowl stays cold enough for a few batches per freeze.
