There's only one positive and one negative to connect to on the box. If you can...sure, I guess? That'd be a bit more complicated than anything I'd wanna mess with. (Taking the speakers out without knowing how much play was left in the wires on a nice box and set of woofers? No thanks. Not MY subs) Good luck!
