A:Answer I would cut the gain down a bit for the woofer. I don't know how many channels your amp has, but concerning the woofer...cut the gain down a teensy bit to play it safe. I don't know how loud you want your system to be, but i would hook the 6.5" speakers to the head unit. I'm assuming you have an aftermarket unit. Cut the bass down on the head unit also. Most head inits supply enough full range watts to keep up with a 400 watt amp or less. Just my humble opinion.
