They are more than decent for the price point and available locally for immediate pick up. Quality is more than adequate for the average consumer. A false advertising lawsuit over a typo concerning build materials would be overeaching just a bit. Can be amplified with a smaller amp and easily fine tuned with an active X-over. Can't please everyone and if your ear is that discerning, or system is that specialized, why are you buying off the shelf at a big box?
