“Would this amp work with the 12" Comp C 4 ohm Ported enclosure 300 rms ? If not can you suggest one with a good RMS range”

I wouldn't recommend it. At 4ohm this amp is only pushing 150 watts. I actually had the same set up. I upgraded to a 1ohm set up and it makes a world of difference. Personally, I would recommend the Kicker CX 800.1 amp because, at 4ohms, you will be able to get the full 300watts that your speaker is rated for.
