“I have 2 15 inch Rockford fosgate single voice coil 4 ohm subs with 400 watts max power. Will this work with them? If not what is recommended”

• This amp would be too much for 2 speakers. You can actually power 4 of those fosgates with this amp. If you want to use the speakers you already own I would recommend the kicker cxa400.1
