“I have (1) one Kicker Solo-Baric L7 10" Dual 4 ohm subwoofer in a sealed box. How do I wire the sub to a 2 ohm load? Will this amp then push 1,200 watts to that (1) sub? Is that too much power going to (1) L7 10"?”

You wire the 2 coils together by running a short wire from one positive post to the other positive post then from there to the terminal on your box. It's the same with the negative. This will bring your sub down to 2ohms. And yes the 1200 watt amp would be to much if turned up all the way.
