It will destroy those 6.75 RT slim sub speakers. They are rated at 300 watts MAX, not RMS. It would push them beyond their voice coil capabilities. You never want an amp that could so easily overpower your subs. Kicker makes a 250 watt mono amp and a 200 watt mono amp, which I think will make you happy, and your equipment too. BTW, Kicker amps ALWAYS test at the factory higher than rated. Mine was 57watts rms, and my 4 channel amp was 36 watts more (so 69 watts per channel RMS into their CS 6.75" They are rated at 60w RMS each. They mega-distort at anything more than 1/2 bass. I hate the 4 channel amp, and the speakers are awful. CS= "Cheap Stuff". My 300.1 arrived tested at the factory at 357 watts RMS, and pounded my dual 10" Polk Audio subs running at 2 ohms mono. It did so with the gain at 1/4 and with the BASS BOOST knob at halfway. It blew after 7 years of pure pleasure. Metal cranked, Jaira Banks BOOM. Great AMP.
