“Sub won’t auto turn on...took it to Best Buy they checked all the connections b/c I installed myself. Said everything was hooked up properly and voltage in wires. Replaced sub and now works fine with DC power but no Auto on. Wired to Sony AX5000 unit”

Have sub hooked up to Pioneer head unit...stays on as long as sub/bass button is on.

Please try again later.check for power yourself i say then you can trace where the problem lies. check fuses to auto on/ switched wire, will be smaller of power wires only 2 and 1 ground black. red constant blue switched. sounds like it is a problem with amp. i cannot test so cannot say for sure. $10.00 dc volt meter will tell you. can buy easy at wally world. best of luck!!
