“Would this be compatible with a 2010 Honda Accord stock sound system/ radio. The stock system does not have a sub. Looking to add this to get some but I don’t know if this is A plug and play (wire and play) type of deal or if I would have to upgrade radio”

It would be compatible I would assume. I fit it in my gfs 2016 Ford Fiesta under the driver seat. It’s definitely not a plug and play unless you have an aftermarket stereo and the rca adapter. Once I found my vehicles wiring diagram the install was pretty easy. A lot of YouTube research and you should be fine. Knowing how to solder wires helps.
