• Yes. Almost all PS4 games are playable on the PS5. There are maybe 6 games that are said to not work, and they are all small, obscure games that weren't very successful. And even some the developers of those games are working to make them work. So yes, these games are playable on PS5

• There are only 10 titles on PS4 that are not playable on PS5. This is definitely not one of them.

• It's a PS4 title, so I doubt it unless the PS5 has backwards compatibility for PS4 games.
