The seller selling it will ONLY either sell it brand new or sell it used, there is no inbetween. If you go to buy it brand new but want it used i suggest you buy the one that's used instead of the one thats brand new, conversely, if you went in wanting a brand new one, you would be mistaken for trying to purchase a used one as brand new since the used one is used and the brand new one is brand new, savvy?
