“I picked up my deluxe edition in store and was not given the blind box keychain. I’m pretty upset about it because the associate at the store didn’t even get a manager for me to talk to. Is the keychain being sent through mail??”

I received mine via mail, weeks ago. I also chose to have Deluxe Edition shipped to my home. You should be able to go into order history/purchases and it would say if you picked up the "blind bag". I attached a screenshot of my order for you to see how my items displayed.
