Unsure why, unless it involves installing/modifying outside venting or electrical. Assuming the installation space is adequate and is “hung” below cabinets, it is very straightforward. I suggest downloading the instructions and view a good YouTube video of an actual install. In my case, I was replacing a vent hood (horizontal venting) and with myself and my wife, installed the microwave in less than an hour.
