Does this panel ready come with the handle? null

We just purchased the KitchenAid panel ready trash compactor and it arrived three days ago. There was no handle included and the delivery men told me there was no mistake, they always come with no handle!!! When there has been a change in what is included in the box, this change needs to be told to prospective purchasers. Very disappointing.
