“Can this be mounted by itself or does it need to have some sort of cabinet mounted with it to hide any part of the venting?”

• This one needs a cab above. For the venting and the mounting. It’s a pretty big unit. Performance has been outstanding. I also paid for installation. I would recommend having installed as well. They did it quickly and clean.
