“Does Kitchen Aid make a microwave convection oven that cooks with both microwaves and convection heat at the same time? If so, which models do this? I had one once years ago, super handy feature to have.”

Thanks for the 'Non-Answer' Kitchen Aid Team. I've been through that site and couldn't find the answer, which is why I asked here. I should send this to corporate and have them check to see they aren't paying you to much for 'sorry, not my table' service. Steve

Your documentation on line is significantly lacking. Needs to be much more detail with Feature, Advantage and Benefit language.
