“One of the previous question is asking if this has water filter to make ice cubes. The answer is yes it has a filter inside the freezer. However I can’t see this feature in user manual. I also see a user review website mention isn’t equipped in this model”

Hello Alex, model KRQC506MPS does not have a Water filter. There is an ice maker in this model but no water filter for it. Thank you for your inquiry on our KitchenAid appliances.
