I wouldn't know as Best Buy, a technology vendor, can't manage to implement its own technology infrastructure to actually deliver and install this microwave i purchased almost a month ago that may or may not have a fabulous timer. In fairness - every single person I've dealt with during this debacle has been wonderful and delivered the highest levels of customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, another group of idiots higher up the management chain have shackled these wonderful customer service representatives with data systems best described as a crime against humanity.
