• I would say call the company not best buy for them to send you a replacement blade. Its a well known brand and when I received mine its good to register it in case any defects or warranty. Hope this helps.

• Have you tried contacting manufacturer? They often have replacement parts and sometimes, if you explain what happened and the item was bought too long ago, they may even send a whole new one or a discount coupon. Check ebay for a cheap new one otherwise, either a blade or new blender.
