“Has anyone experienced frost/ice accumulation in the interior of the fridge and freezer? If so, were you able to remedy the situation and how did you go about it? We've tried using humidity control but that appears to have no effect on the frost.”

Hi Teck, In regards to the ice and frost if this is still happening we would recommend to contact Customer service for further assistance in getting this resolved. We hope this helps.

Please try again later.We experienced this as well in the freezer and discovered that somehow, the the freezer drawer was a bit a jar on one side and so the seal was not making contact. We pulled the drawer out and pushed it back in and it has been fine. This may not be your issue.
