A:AnswerI don't know the specifics but it makes so much more ice much quicker than previous brands I had and the cubes are larger . I love ice and use a lot in smoothies and water.
A:AnswerThis refrigerator is quiet. You wouldn’t even know it’s in the room except that it is stunning! You can’t miss it. It is not cluttered on the outside with bells and whistles and lights. Water and ice are neatly tucked inside.
A:AnswerHi B, variations in stainless between appliances can be attributed to products being manufactured in different plants (difference in material suppliers, etc. can result in slight variances in the stainless). While we make every effort to assure our appliances match in appearance, we cannot guarantee that there will not be variances in the stainless finish from one appliance to another. We hope this helps you!
A:AnswerPaully, what part are you referring to? We also do not recommend removing the styrofoam from the unit. Thank you for your inquiry on our KitchenAid appliances.
A:Answer2 deep drawers in front and a pull out drawer where the ice maker is. Across from ice maker holds large size pizza boxes. Very happy with the room this refrigerater has in the freezer drawer.

A:AnswerA little late to be asking, but the spec sheet has product height (with hinges) 70.125 inches. Without hinges the product height is 68.875 inches. The product width is 35.75 inches with or without hinges. The doors open wide without hitting the frame of the opening where we have it installed.
This unit is a counter depth refrigerator/freezer. In our case it took the place of a failed Kenmore counter depth all-refrigerator unit. The Kitchenaid and its handles are a little deeper than our space, but it is working quite well. We use it as an overflow unit for both refrigerator and freezer. The French doors and lower freezer drawer work well in our location.
A:AnswerJP, the Refrigerator Volume (Cu Ft) 14.38. Hopefully, this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our KitchenAid appliances!
A:AnswerHi LAL, The butter keeper shelf rests on two notches, on either side of the Refrigerator's door. The shelf should be able to rest on the notches without difficulty. Thank you for your question.
A:AnswerSorry, but that is not correct.
The Kitchenaid user manual and the sticker in the fridge quote a Type A filter NOT a Type 4. A Type 4 will not fit our fridge.
See the attached photo of the type A filter that was supplied with the fridge. It is clearly a different design compared to the Type 4
